Patricia Anderson, affectionately known as Lady P, is a dynamic leader, mentor, and motivator who inspires people of all ages. 

With a passion for helping others discover their strengths and a heart for service, Patricia makes a difference in every area she touches.

As an Ordained Minister and Chaplain, Patricia offers spiritual guidance and a listening ear to those in need. Her role as a Christian Counselor reflects her commitment to holistic support, helping individuals find hope and strength in their faith.

Patricia is also a certified life & leadership coach, a role through which she guides people in reaching their goals and overcoming challenges. Her talents as an event manager and project manager showcase her ability to bring plans to life, whether organizing a business summit or helping others celebrate milestones.

With a Master’s in Business Administration and after 38 successful years in corporate America, Patricia founded Lady P & Associates LLC, a Corporate Event & Project Management Company. Her mission through this company is clear: to educate, empower, and uplift others. Patricia lives by the wisdom in her words, “Your past failures do not cancel your future success,” reminding people of their resilience and potential to achieve great things. She also believes in “The Power of Collaboration — together, we achieve more,” and actively brings people together to make dreams a reality.

As a best-selling author and international speaker, Patricia has reached audiences worldwide. Her words encourage people from all backgrounds to find strength, purpose, and resilience. Through her books and speeches, she shares her knowledge, positivity, and motivation, creating an impact that stretches across borders.

 

Patricia’s dedication to service is reflected in her leadership roles. She is currently the School Board President of New Horizon School in Renton, WA, and serves as the 2nd Vice President of the Houston Lady Lions Club under Lions Club International. Additionally, she is a proud member of the Christian sorority, The Koinonia Sorority, where she fosters sisterhood and faith-based support.

 

Patricia’s dedication has earned her well-deserved recognition. She received the prestigious Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award twice in 2023, celebrating her contributions to society. Originally from Washington, DC, Patricia now lives in Houston, Texas, with her family, where she is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
